How do I stop forwarded messages becoming attachments?

How do I view forwarded messages in the message text area, not as an
attachment? When I receive forwarded email messages in Outlook 2003, each
forwarded email is a separate attachment. If the message has been forwarded
8 times, I have to double-click through 8 attachments to see the original
message. Since I deal with newer computer users who refuse to learn how to
forward an original email and then delete other people's email addresses, I
get loads of information I do not want to know. I have looked at all the
settings under Tools, Options and I cannot figure out which square to click
or unclick to stop forwarded messages from becoming an attachment. PLEASE
HELP and Thanks!

This is caused by the sender's mail client (probably AOL?), not yours.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do to stop this
ridiculous behavior.
