How do I stop Internet Explorer from asking to send an email when.

I have designed a web form that sends information to an email address but
want to prevent Outlook from asking me if I want to allow it to be sent. (The
text reads: "A program is trying to automatically sende-mail on your behalf.
Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you
should choose "No". Yes/No/Help." Is there a way I can prevent Outlook from
asking this as I am using the form to send to a specified email address in
the form?
