Hi,
I use Outlook 2003, under Windows XP Pro SP2.
When I want to download my email I always specfy each of my mail
addresses, in turn, and then mark which message I want to open, ignore
some and delete others without opening.
But recently, I have been receiving two or three messages daily,
(carrying attachments) shown to be from the son-in-law in America of a
friend of mine in England. It is possible that my address was entered
into his computer when my friend sent me a message while visiting in
America.
There is absolutely no reason for my friend's son-in-law in America to
message me, much less to include attachments. So I do not open the
messages but delete them immediately.
What is annoying me is that these messages appear every day for the last
five days, and will probably continue into the future.
Will you please tell me how in Outlook I can prevent these message from
ever appearing on my computer, namely, block them. I do have the email
address of the purported sender.
Many thanks
Rex.
