How do I stop meetings from changing times in Outlook calendar?

When a meeting is scheduled in Outlook. The time changes by 1 hour. Example:
A meeting request is scheduled for 2pm. I accept the request, check my
calendar and the time is wrong.

Had a similar problem. My PC was set to East Coast Time, they were set to
Central Time. Double click on the clock at the lower right and then go to the
"time zone" tab.

I checked the time zone settings and I'm in the right time zone. Daylight
savings time checkbox is selected. Windows day and time are correct but the
meeting times change by one hour...

Are they in the same time zone?
Also, on the same screen as "time zone" at the bottom is a checkmark for
"Daylight Savings Time". Do you and the other people have the same settings?

Yes, both pc's are in the same time zone, same office. Both computers have
the same time on the clock. Everyone has the same settings...

Sorry but I can't help you any more. Since the "older" questions tend to be
overlooked you might want to try a "fresh" posting. Good luck.
