How do I stop moving through records with a wheel mouse?

I don't want a user to be able to move through the records on a given
form (single form). I have removed my record selectors. However,
moving the mouse wheel still causes movement through the records. How
can I keep a form tied to a recordset from moving through the
recordset. I want to use something else for navigation than any
standard tool...thanks for any help.

I think using the mouse wheel has the same effect as pressing PgUp and
PgDown.
