How do I stop my hyperlinks from disappearing on screen?

O

ok2kt

As soon as I hit enter, (after typing a link in).

For example, enter the following text:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.msp

The text will be there while I am typing, but as soon as I hit return,
the link disappears on screen.

Wierd thing is all the links are still there. How do I know?
If I copy and past into a NEW doc, the link appears. So it must be some
kind of formatting thing in this doc.
Unfortunately, this is a huge newsletter with hundreds of links,
and I do not have time to cut all these pieces out of the bad doc and
into a new one.

Any information at all will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

One possibility is that the character style named Hyperlink has somehow been
given the Hidden attribute in the first document. You can tell by pressing
the ¶ button on the toolbar; if the hyperlinks appear, but have a faint
dotted line under them, they're hidden.

If that's the case, you need to modify the Hyperlink style and remove the
check from the Hidden box.
