How do I stop one mail download without stopping all?

I need to know if there is a way to stop one e-mail message from downloading
without stopping all my e-mail. I have one e-mail that is trying to load but
due to its large size and my slow dial-up service (no DSL available) I am not
able to get my other e-mail. This has been downloading all night and has
barely gotten anywhere. Someone PLEASE HELP! Please respond to:
(e-mail address removed) I normally use peoplepc and outlook express for my
e-mail but it is being tied up by this large file and I can not get other
e-mail.

very often your ISP and mailprovider offers a "webmail" service. If this is
the case you can go there and delete the message directly from the server
without downloading it.
