How do I stop Outlook deleting appointments over 3 months old?

Thanks for the prompt response, but I've never had auto archive set at on.
I've chekced and it's still off.

Are you syncing with a device? check the device or sync software to see how
long it is set to keep items.

Do you use Exchange server? If so, mailbox manager could be cleaning it up
as part of corporate policy.
