This suddenly began happening. When I open an existing document in Word
2000 I now get the "mail toolbars" displayed just above the document.
FWIW, this started happening right after I ran AVG PCtuneup today.
I didn't ask for them and don't want them. They waste space that I'd
rather use to see more of the Word document.
********
Word's "Help" says this is what to do:
In Microsoft Outlook, click Options on the Tools menu, and then click
the Mail Format tab.
Select or clear the Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages check box.
*******
But when I try and follow those instructions in Outlook 6, I don't find
a "Mail Format" tab where it those instructions say it is supposed to be.
So, how do I keep those mail toolbars from appearing in word?
Thanks guys,
Jeff
