How do I stop pasting screen shots instead of intentded text?

When I am in Microsoft Office - excel, powerpoint, Word and cut and pasting
text or numbers, office will paste the entire screen shot?

Any solutions to just copy/paste the specific text or numbers.

How exactly are you highlighting the text and also how are
you copying or "capturing" the text to the clipboard? This
almost sounds like you may be using the PrintScreen key on
your keyboard and then pasting it to the destination.

You should be highlighting the text or numbers with the
mouse and then either selecting Edit, copy or holding the
Ctrl key and hitting the C key in the from file's program
and then switching to the destination program and then
clicking Edit Paste or holding the Ctrl key and pressing the
V key to do the job. If this is what you are doing please
