how do I stop receiving Undeliverable Messages from System Admin?

Each time I send an email, I get an Undeliverable message back from the
administrator: "Your message didn't reach the intended recipient. 553 sorry,
that domain insn't in my list of allowable rcpthosts (#5.7.1)" When I click
resend it goes right away. I am going nuts having to do this every freakin'
time. Please help.

Make sure your e-mail account is configured to authenticate to the SMTP
server.
