how do I stop the automatic page scrolling?

I have a Toshiba Satellite L355D-S7901 laptop. When using my laptop touch
pad mouse in my Vista Office Home and Student Office Word 2007, the automatic
page scrolling will start constantly.

How do I disconnect it?
