How do I stop the date & time from printing at the bottom right corner of
Word documents?

Hi Sandra,
It's likely that this is been included in the Footer
(View=>Header/Footer) of your documents or document template.
You can delete the field from there (use Alt+F9 to toggle the
field codes to visible once in the footer of your Normal.dot
or your .doc file) to be able to highlight and delete the field),
or to alternately apply Format=>Font=>Hidden to the text so that
it's in the document but not printing except when you turn on
the [x] hidden attribute in File=>Print=>Options.
