How do I stop the error "Borland Database Engine not installed?"

I keep getting an error "Borland Database Engine not installed: Can't load
Corel Address Book Service Provider" whenever I open Microsoft Outlook 2007.
This has happened since I first installed Office 2007.

Any information would be VERY appreciated!
