how do i stop the information bubble appearing when i send a word.

Suddenly, when my boss sends a word document to the printer a little bubble
appears from the printer icon on the task bar saying 'This document has been
sent to the printer'.

How do I stop this from happening? It is really annoying her!!

This must be something coming from the printer driver. I've never seen this
on my machine in any version of Word.
