How do I stop the "Lost mailbox lock" message on my IMAP email?

I am using Outlook 2003 to retreive email via IMAP from a sendmail server.
When my Blackberry mail account logs checks my mail I receive an error from
Outlook "Your IMAP server has closed the connection. This may occur if you
have left the connection idle for too long." Under 'Details' it says "Lost
mailbox lock". If I click 'Ok' my email continues to function. How can I turn
off this annoying message? I don't have this problem when I use Thunderbird
email client, however I would like to use Outlook.
