How do I stop the word "Spam" from being added to email subject li

The word "Spam" is added to all of my emails from businesses, whether they
are spam or not. Does anyone know how to disable this? I have checked the
Junk Email options and minimized all settings and it still happens.

That is not a function of Outlook. You have a spam blocker program installed.
Uninstall it.

You either have a third-party anti-spam application doing this or your ISP
is doing filtering and adding it. Disable your antispam software or contact
your ISP. Outlook does not add the word "spam" to the subject line of
suspect emails.
