You must publish the web to a server that has the FP extensions via FP's File Menu | Publish Web /
Site command, and if the form results are being sent to an email address, the host must configure
the extensions on the server to process email from the forms. You can not do this, unless you have
Admin access to the server.

The server does have FP extensions and I have published previously without
having this text appear.

FrontPage Save Results Component Possibilities:

1. The FP Extensions are not installed on the server
2. You tested the form in the browser via c:\.... instead of http://. Use
File | Preview in Browser instead of Preview if viewing locally.
3. You have a email address in the form, and the host hasn't enabled the
email function of the extensions
4. You FTP the form to the web site, instead of using FP's http method of
uploading

the Save Results (that is the Form) component is not installed or configured on
your server (a server extensions issue - contact your host).
