How do I stop typed email letters from disappearing?

I often lose letters (email) I have typed, even when clicking "save" several
times during the typing. A Computer engineer has not been able to tell me
why this happens; and insists there is enough memory in my computer.

Are you typing the letters within the context of an Access database? If so,
please provide more details. If you are just trying to send e-mail, you will
need to ask the question in a newsgroup for your particular e-mail program.
