How do I submit a Infopath form as HTML EMail and not attachment

How do I submit a Infopath form as HTML EMail and not attachment. This would
allow me to give the user the button in stead of expecting the user to select
send to recipient and I can pre-populate the destination e-mail as per the
form contents
