How do I supply Outlook with contacts from my Motorola V3x phone?

I've been trying to get my contacts from my Motorola V3x phone to Outlook so
I can ulitmately transfer them to my iPhone. I've tried the Mobyko web app
and something just isn't working there for me (and I'm fairly proficient
computer-wise...just not phone-proficient apparently). What do I do?
