How do I suppress the Eula in Office 2003?

I re-installed MS Office 2003 on a new Dell box and whenever I launch Word or
Excel the Eula appears and I have to click on Accept.

How do I make this go away. Thanks.

Try logging in as administrator to accept the license.
The acceptance needs to be able to write to the registry.
