How do I switch between E-mail addresses?

create a new message and click on Accounts instead of Send to select which email
account you want to use (that is after setting up the email address)

Thanks so much. That works great for sending E-mail under the other account
names. Now, how do I read E-mail that has been sent to one of those accounts?

use rules to divert the incoming mail to one folder (that you would need to
create)

Good Morning:
Thanks for the continuing help. I apologize for not being clear in my
response. I know I am getting E-mail to my other accounts. However, what I
don't know is how to open any of those E-mail addresses. For example, if my
primary address were (e-mail address removed) and a secondary E-mail address
were (e-mail address removed), how can I navigate to that secondary address to
pick up the E-mail that has been sent to that address?
Thanks in advance,
Oberjas

Just add the secondary address to your Tools menu > Accounts, and all of the
messages will be picked up at the same time as the primary account, as long
as you set it up to do so. Mail from both accounts will go to your primary
Inbox.

I have three E-mail addresses. I previously used Outlook Express and was
able to switch between these E-mail IDs by hitting "File>Switch ID" and then
I saw the E-mail for each unique ID. Now I have a new computer using
Outlook, and I can't find similar function. How does Outlook allow me to see
multiple E-mail addresses.

You can install as many email accounts as you wish under one profile, but if
you want mail kept in separate file structures, use profiles. F1 is your
friend.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Joe Shields asked:

Hey .. I think I solved my problem. I created three folders ... Joe1, Joe2,
Joe3 under Personal Folders. Then I used Rules to direct each of my E-mail
accounts to their respective folder. It seems to be working.
