How do I switch the window view at the end of the macro...

I have a macro that updates a table that is executed manually from a
folder called "Run on Wednesday" within the 'Groups' pane on the left
hand side.

After it finishes I simply want to end up back in the "Run on
Wednesday" within the 'Groups' pane but I'm always left looking at the
tables view.

Could someone provide me with some pointers please?
