How do I switch to use outlook without being connected to an offi.

I used to have Outlook set up at my office. I no longer work there and wish
to use Outlook on my PC as a stand-alone email service. I can do so but when
I try to synchronize my Blackberry, it attempts to connect with the office
servier. How can I get it to stop doing that?
