How do I sync Ical with Entourage?

Version: 2008 Email Client: imap When ever I receive an Ical invite and push accept request it will not show up in my Ical on my desktop, or in my iphone. I've tried to reset the sync history. Can someone please tell me how to receive Ical invites so that they show up on both my ical, and my iphone?
