need help with pocket pc sync w/ outlook

How do I sync my mobile 5 and outlook calendar since I am continuosly
receiving a 0x8503001f support code? If anyone has had the same issue as me
please respond as soon as possible. Thanks for the help.

I found two answers for that error:

"Try running ScanPST - see
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.htm for more information on
how to run it.
If that doesn't work, try running Help -> Detect and Repair in
Outlook, then reinstall ActiveSync.

"Which version of ActiveSync are you using? Assuming you are using AS 4.1,
ensure that your Outlook is in the online mode while setting up the first
sync. If you have already setup the partnership, delete and recreate it.

To delete and recreate the partnership --

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen
instructions to setup a new partnership.
