how do I sync MS outlook contacts to my blackberry address folder

I have Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.5. I can't seem to sync the contact
information from MS Outlook to my Blackberry 8700c.

You need to read the manual for your Blackberry. Outlook has a passive role
in any synchronisation process.

Are you connected to a BES server? If so, you may not be able to sync the
contacts. My Blackberry can't sync with Outlook since it's connected to my
office's BES server and syncs only with my office's Notes server.

Did you configure the sync settings to include the contacts folder(s)? You
need to set it up for each folder you want to include.
