how do i sync my 2003 calender with my hotmail calender

Hi All
Hopefully someone can help me sort this out.
I'm not a tech head so please keep it easy for me.

If you're using the Outlook Connector to access Hotmail, open the default
calendar and copy the items in it to the Hotmail calendar.
