How do I sync my Blackberry

I have Office 2007. There are three calendars in Outlook. The shared
calendar, the archive and the personal. My Blackberry will only sync with
the personal calendar so I have to double post everything if I want my
secretary to see what's on my schedule and have my Blackberry will sync.

Are there any solutions?

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

Synching is the province of your PDA/Smart Phone/etc. software - ask them if they support synching non-default folders. It is not an Outlook issue.
