How do I sync my contacts with Public Group contacts in Outlook?

I have some personal contacts in Outlook but also I want to use Public group
of contacts that is on the network. I have it under favourites but I have to
have it in My Contacts in order to sync with iPhone. If I just drag the
folder - it copies it there, but if there are any updates to the Public Group
contacts it doesn't update them in My Contacts. How do I sync my iPhone with
public group contacts? If only by copying the group to My Contacts in Outlook
then how do I keep the group synced to the Public Group?

Ask in an Apple forum. Synching is completely up to the synch software and
Outlook contains no settings or features that control it.
