How do I sync my Laptop & desktop 2007 outlook both on Vista

Hello I'm trying to sync my dektop, laptop and, PDA here is what I got:

Desktop Vista Home, outlook 2007

Laptop Vista Home, Outlook 2007

PDA iPAQ 3950 with Windows Mobile 2002 Premium w/ Outlook 2002
P.S. Windows Moblie Device Center will NOT work with 2002...

Any help would be great I am comming to my wits end (now starting to get a
bald patch >< )
