How do I sync my Outlook email with my blackberry?

I am trying to get my outlook emails to sync via the Blackberry Internet
Service so I don't have to do it through a cable. I have gotten all other
items synced (calendar, task, notes, and contacts), but cannot get this
completed. I pull up my email account information and it is MAPI. Please
help me get this fixed or I will have to take it back. Thanks
