How do I sync Outllook Live, Outlook and my Pocket PC

Intellasync used to allow me to snyc Outlook Live to Outlook which in turn
would snyc to my Pocket PC. I have a Desk top for my assistant and I use a
lap top as well as my Pocket PC. I was able to sync at the end of the day and
Outlook was updated and then my Pocket PC would update via ActiveSnyc.
Intellasnyc is no longer supported. I know this is a simple fix and I just
can't figure it out. I use Outlook Live, 2003 Student teacher version of
office XP home on the desk top, XP pro on the laptop, version 3.0 Pocket PC.
