how do i sync outlook with my ipod

i tried to follow the instructions on the ipod website, however i still can't
make it work. It pops up a prompt telling me that a program is attempting to
access outlook and i tell it that it is alright to access for 10 minutes.
Then it pops up that it can't sync.

You will need to go back to the iPod people for this - synching is not a
part of Outlook.
