How do I synchronise a local copy of a calendar with the one on t.

I'm trying to get a local copy of a calendar to sync with the copy on the
Exchange server so I can get my PDA updated with the calendar appointments.
How can I get this done since there is no option in Outlook 2003 to use a
local calendar that syncs with the Exchange copy. I'm using Outlook 2003.
