how do I synchronise email in outlook 2007 between pc and noteboo.

I have a network and on it I have my main PC which has Outlook 2007 which is
my email program. I have just bought a notebook also running Outlook 2007 for
email. How can I connect the two and synchronise my emails so that when I am
away I can access my email and when I return I can update my pc with emails
received and sent?

The easiest way is to see if your ISP offers IMAP email accounts.
