How do I synchronise Outlook with Nokia 6100

Hello

Can anyone tell me how to synchronise Outlook 2002
contacts and calendar with the Nokia 6100?

I'm using the Nokia DKU-5 data cable, and Nokia PC Suite
5.1. I have 800+contacts so I guess I'll have to create a
new contact's folder and be selective, but I can't work
out how to save that file, and in a format that Nokia PC
suite will recognise.
