How do I synchronise Palm Pilot Vx with MS Outlook 2003 - it was .

My lap top has been upgraded to Windows 2003 XP and now the palm pilot does
not synchronise.
Error message:
ERROR: 80040502
Failed to locate correct profile. Please close Outlook, open Outlook, and
synchronize again.

I have closed and reopened Outlook

I presume you mean Windows XP....Windows 2003 is a server operating system.

Try reinstalling your Outlook sync conduit (Chapura?) You may be able to
then get an free upgrade from www.chapura.com
