how do i synchronize across the internet

I need to keep the master copy of my replicated database on my home computer
and communicate changes to my clients. I've rented space on a hosting sites
that tells me they have MS Access on their servers. I can't get the exact
details of how to get the replic onto the server and then to set up
synchronization
