how do I synchronize my server calendar with my PST file?

At work my e-mail is delivered through the server where it is then downloaded
to my local machine (if I am logged in) by use of a PST file. I'm trying to
figure out if there is a way to automatically synchronize my calendar on my
PST file (that's on my hard drive) with my calendar on my server.

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
