how do i synchronize or export my note flag settings/list to another computer

I want to have the same note flags on my desktop and laptop without having
to manually create new note flags. How can I copy the note flag settings
from one computer to another.

You can copy the Preferences.DAT file from C:\Documents and Settings\{you}
\Application Data\Microsoft\OneNote.

Keep in mind that there are likely other settings in that file (i.e. not
just the flag data) so you'll likely want to verify the settings in all of
the tabs in Tools | Options to ensure that the settings are what you want
them to be after copying this file. You'll also want to rename or make a
backup copy of the Preferences.DAT file on the destination computer.
