How do I synchronize Outlook folders on 2 PCs networked?

I have two PCs linked via a Network, one a PC and one my laptop. I am running
Outllok 2003 on both and want to synchronize my folders. Most work is carried
out on the PC, but I use my laptop away from home, and need to see all files
and Contacts in Outlook. Is there an easy way to export/synchronize all
folders in Outlook on the PC with Outlook on my laptop. I have a Psion which
I can synchronize easily, but I'm stumped how to synchronize the two PCs.
