How do I synchronize Outlook with a sharp wizard OZ-590A?

The Sharp Wizard OZ-590A indicates that it will synchro nize with Outlook
2003. However, I have been working with Sharp Wizard tech support for the
last 5 months to no avail. They did say I should contact Microsoft. Anybody
know how I can get this accomplished???

Sorry, synchronization is the problem of the sych software, not Microsoft.
Tell them to get their act together.
