How do I this stupid online-help thingy?

As soon as I open Visio, the task bar opens and goes on
the network to access help files..This is crap. I dont
what this everytime I open this tool. How can I disable
this? I checked under tools and unchecked task bar but I
dont see anytwhere where you can disable this online help
crap.
