How do I to make a hyperlink to text located on the same page?

I have a list of FAQs and I want to make a navigation type categories at the
top of the page (separate from the page navigation bar) so that someone can
select a category and be taken to the frequently asked questions within that
catergory. All of the questions are on the same webpage.

How can I make a hyperlink text to automatically go to the correct section?

Hi Lisa

Try to make your page in word and then importing it into Publisher. (Tried
doing it in publisher it wouldn't)

In word make sure you use a heading format when formating your Q & A section
type your questions at the top (do not use a heading format here just
standard)
highlight the whole question right click
Hyperlink
Place in this document
Under headings select the one you want it to jump to
select your heading you want to jump to
ok
