I am a whatever-job-given-you-multitasking secretary. Sometimes it's
difficult to keep a mind track on what documents/letters go thru me and
distributed to where. Can someone help me out on some template on how to
keep track these things. Sort of like librarian keep tracks of books/books
borrowers.
