How do I track resource conflicts in Project Server?

How do I get Project Server to send on an notification email when I have
assigned a resource to different tasks in two seperate projects that are
published on the server?
I.e. I want the server to inform me of any resource conflicts that occur
within project server between projects

Ghosty669 -

This is not possible. To determine if you have resource overallocations,
open any project and apply the Resource Usage view. Any names formatted in
red are overallocated. If you see an overallocation between the open
project and another project, open the other project as well. Hope this
helps.
