How do I tranfer an e-mail field from Access to Outlook Express

I want to lift the e-mail address stored on Access and use them in Outlook
Express. Each month would be different addressed and lifted using set
queries to match. I can get the required e-mail addresses by using a query
but do not want to have to re-type them into Outlook Express.
