How do i transfer a microsoft office 2003 license from one computerto another?

One of our computers went dead on us, and we have replaced it with
another.

1) Are we able to re-install office from the original media on the new
Laptop?

2) What about the license how do we get this transferred to the new
laptop from the old laptop.

Ok I see from below I can just reinstall from original media.

It really depends on the origonal media, if OEM then no
